You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. There is no minimum commitment. To end your membership, all you need to do is open the My Account tab. As soon as your subscription is cancelled, no further charges will be taken from your card. Cancelling does not, however, affect other services or benefits tied to your account for periods already billed.
For technical reasons, a membership cannot be cancelled during the first 24 hours after the account has been created. If you need to close your membership before that short lock window has passed, simply reach out to our customer service team. If you do not cancel before your trial period ends, your trial automatically rolls over into a standard Parcelonow membership and your card is billed at the regular subscription price shown below:

Once your membership is cancelled, your card will not be charged again. We make it easy to reactivate your membership or open a new shipping account whenever you like. Closing your membership does not affect other active services on your Parcelonow user account for the period that have been charged already. Parcelonow will send a cancellation confirmation to the E-mail address you provided when you opened the account. Lost or undelivered receipts do not invalidate your cancellation request. Cancellation is processed solely on the information held in the Parcelonow customer database. It remains your responsibility as a customer to enter a valid E-mail address. It is also up to you to check for messages that may have landed in your spam folder. Please contact customer service if you would like more guidance on avoiding these kinds of E-mail delivery issues.
The trial subscription fee is non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds for partial monthly subscriptions. We may, however, at any time and for any reason choose to offer a refund, discount or special benefit to a subscriber. The amount and terms tied to any such refund, and the decision to grant it, remain entirely at our discretion.
Your purchase is protected by a legal right of withdrawal. You may only cancel your initial purchase if your subscription has not yet been activated. The moment you confirm the purchase and sign in to your Parcelonow account, your membership becomes active automatically. To withdraw your order, you must log out of the Parcelonow platform immediately after buying and not log in again. Then contact our customer service by E-mail to cancel the order. We will do everything we can to close your subscription and arrange your refund.
To start using our shipping service, you first pay €0.01 for a 1-day trial period. That trial fee is non-refundable from the moment you begin sending with us. You can still request a refund as long as the service has not been activated.

Once your subscription is cancelled, no further charges will be taken from your card. Any data we hold about you is deactivated in line with our GDPR policy. To qualify for a refund, you must NOT have activated or used the service. All personal data can be deleted on request.
